Dan: HubSpot has huge fans of video throughout the entire customer process. Putting videos in marketing, service, support, and sales. It’s almost there for a mainstream way of delivering information. Number one, it’s innovative. Number two, it’s efficient. Number three, it works. 

Question:  What seems to be the barrier to video adoption?

Dan: People think it’s super expensive all the time that you got to put together a whole crew. It’s not actually.  I just do it on my phone or I do it Zoom or we do it like right here. 

Question: How do you see sales and marketing teams adopting videos?

Dan: Everything is moving towards the acceleration of video. Smart business people are going to adopt to videos so that they’re a little bit ahead of the curve.
